Organizational Commitment: It’s Mediating Role in the Effect of Human Resource Management Practices and Workplace Spirituality on Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource management practices and workplace spirituality on employee performance role organizational commitment as mediating variable in such relationships. The samples used this are 93 marketing frontliner officers at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, determined by random sampling method. Questionnairs data collection research uses Partial Least Square analysis technique. results show that practices, spirituality, has a positive performance. Additionally, have effects commitment. findings also partially mediated implications employees will perform well if they loyal nature fully devote their abilities, maintain membership pride organization where work. Human practice is very important be implemented an designed way it can capture quality potential from internal external environment, train develop, evaluate work reward for sacrifices made so contributions organization. Workplace organizations pay attention to. expected provide perceptions through values contained feel togetherness, organization, society, happy value spirituality.
